Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce


Yield: 1 cup or 8 servings

Ingredients


  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup "silken" tofu, well-drained
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
  • salt and pepper to taste


Directions


  1. Place all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously until ingredients are well combined. Serve with fresh or frozen Idaho Potato French-fries.
