Ham and Cheese Potatoes


Yield: 5 servings

Ingredients


  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) bean and bacon soup (undiluted)
  • 1 package Dehydrated Au Gratin Idaho Potatoes and sauce mix
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups cubed ham


Directions


  1. Preheat oven to 400° F
  2. In a 2 1/2 quart casserole combine all of the above ingredients. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
