Herb Baked Idaho® Potatoes

Yield: 12 servings
Ingredients
- 12 50 count Idaho® potatoes
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- Kosher salt to taste
- Cracked black pepper to taste
- 24 sprigs Fresh Thyme/rosemary
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Wash and dry potatoes
- Cut lengthwise, season with olive oil, salt and pepper
- Place herb sprig on the inside of the potato (cut area)
- Lay flat on sheet pan lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 45 minutes. Serve with the herb facing up, for presentation.
