Idaho Potato Commission
Ham and Cheese Potatoes
Yield: 5 servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups boiling water
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) bean and bacon soup (undiluted)
- 1 package Dehydrated Au Gratin Idaho Potatoes and sauce mix
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups cubed ham
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400° F
- In a 2 1/2 quart casserole combine all of the above ingredients. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
