Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 1 ea. Leftover baked potato
- Bacon lardons
- Shredded cheddar
- Scallions
Directions
- Cut potatoes into 8 wedges and deep fry to golden brown.
- Toss in salt and pepper.
- Top with bacon and cheddar and melt under salamander.
- Top with scallions and serve with sour cream side.
