Ready For Lunchtime Business With Fresh-Cut Fries From Idaho

Q:

I went to lunch early and wanted to compliment Idaho on the great fresh cut fries we had today. They were crisp, hot and not too salty. I tried to take a picture of the fries at the table but everyone’s hands were in the way and then they were gone. Here is my picture into the kitchen area. Can you guess where I was, Dr. Potato?

The Pitco fryers and the baskets properly half-filled, along with your knowledge that the fries were from Idaho made it easy, Five Guys! The half-filled baskets allow for more air circulation when the potatoes are cooked. Five Guys is one of my favorite places to take customers when I go out, their French fries are outstanding.
