Made with Idaho® russet potatoes, hot dogs, eggs, breadcrumbs, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and paired with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce, these tiny tater dogs will disappear faster than the fireworks in the sky. Using potatoes instead of cornbread for the breading creates a fluffy and crispy texture that will melt in your mouth. Plate them on some festive red, white and blue plates for presentation!
