Fresh Market grocery store has built the world’s largest Idaho® potato display in the produce department using 240,000 russet potatoes. WHAT: One year after the earthquake in Haiti devastated millions of lives, 200 Boise volunteers will spend the afternoon assembling 100,000 MannaPack™ Potato meals to send to malnourished children in Haiti and other impoverished areas around the globe.

The Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) announces that it is an official sponsor of the Boise State University (BSU) and University of Idaho (UI) football teams. Beginning this season and for the next five seasons, Idaho's famous potatoes will be the "official team tater" and have a significant presence in both Bronco Stadium and Kibbie Dome. In addition, the IPC will also be the major sponsor of the much anticipated BSU vs. UI football game that is being played this year on November 12 at the Kibbie Dome.
