Baked Potato Chips

Who doesn't love potato chips? Crispy. Crunchy. Salty. The only way they could be better is if they were a bit healthier. Enter the baked version!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 
  2. Thinly slice the potatoes to ⅛˝ either by hand or by using a mandoline.
  3. Toss potato slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper and then lay in a single layer on a parchment-lined, or oiled, baking sheet. 
  4. Bake 10-12 minutes. 
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and return to the oven for 3-5 more minutes, or until the chips are golden brown. 
  6. Allow chips to cool before serving.
