Helene Kennan, Guckenheimer’s Chief Innovations Officer, leads the interdisciplinary Operations Excellence Group, which includes culinary, foodlab, and continuous process improvement. Prior to Guckenheimer, Helene served as Bon Appetit’s regional VP of Google Global Accounts and had been with Bon Appetit for almost 20 years.
Helene is a former President of Women Chefs and Restaurateurs, a former board member of the Chefs Collaborative, and has been recognized as a Beard Foundation Great Regional Chef.
