Chef Michael Boyer is based in Massachusetts as the F&B Product Development Chef for the Nordstrom Restaurant Group. Throughout his 15-year career with the company, he’s remained focused on supporting their teams across the US and Canada in the pursuit to provide their guests with best in class food and beverage experiences. They achieve this by featuring only the highest quality ingredients in each of the Nordstrom Restaurant Group’s food and beverage recipes.
