“Throughout the innovation process, we remain focused on developing modern twists on classic profiles with approachable and craveable flavors and texture combinations. These core principles are highlighted in our Crispy Parmesan Potatoes, featured as a starter or side to our Steak Frites with peppercorn Demi glacé. We bake and twice fry Idaho® potatoes and season generously with our signature ‘Salt & Pepper Crush’ spice blend, Belgioioso Parmesan, rosemary and sage. Visit your local Nordstrom location to enjoy with your friends and family.”
Established in 1937, the Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) is a state agency that is responsible for promoting and protecting the famous "Grown in Idaho®" seal, a federally registered trademark that assures consumers they are purchasing genuine, top-quality Idaho® potatoes. Idaho's ideal growing conditions, including rich, volcanic soil, climate and irrigation differentiate Idaho® potatoes from potatoes grown in other states.
