Brad Russell is Director of Global Potato Procurement for Simplot Global Food based in Boise, Idaho. He has 28 years of potato processing and procurement experience. His potato experience includes 10 years of fry processing and 18 years of procurement in Idaho. In addition, Brad has a diverse background in agriculture with experience in small seed production and research and livestock production.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural and Resource Economics from Oregon State University.
Brad and his wife Gena are 5th generation Idahoans and enjoy spending time with their two sons and grandson. They like to fish, explore Idaho on ATVs, and take care of their registered Black Angus.
