Bacon Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 8 servings Instant Mashed Idaho Potatoes-prepared
  • 10 oz. Mild Cheddar Cheese-shredded
  • 8 oz. Bacon-diced, fully cooked
  • 1/4 cup Parsley-fresh, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. White Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Instant Mashed Idaho Potatoes, fully cooked and drain bacon, shred cheddar cheese. Mix ingredients thoroughly. Bake at 350° F for 15 minutes, covered.
