I’ve worked in the culinary world since I was 15 years old. My strength has been in Asian cuisine, but classically trained at the Inland Northwest Culinary Academy. I continue to try to learn new techniques and flavors from all the chefs we get to work with to create great, approachable food regardless of your age, knowledge, experience in the kitchen.
